Accommodation
1- Official delegations representing governments and
parliaments.
The State of Qatar shall cover accommodation expenses only
for two members of the government delegations and two
members of the parliamentarians. Ministers and Presidents
(Speakers) of parliaments will be provided with suites,
while rooms will be available to participants.
As for least developmented countries (LDC):
Qatar will cover the expenses of air tickets and
accommodation for four participants (2 for governments and 2
for parliaments) on economy class, while Ministers and
chairmen of parliaments will be on business class.
On the other hand, accredited diplomatic missions to Qatar
will be responsible for expenses for additional delegations
or participants on personal basis by presenting their
credit cards in the following hotels:
1 - Sheraton Hotel
2 - Doha Ritz Carlton Hotel.
3 - Intercontinental Hotel
4 - Marriott Hotel
2- Delegations representing the Civil Society.
The State of Qatar shall cover accommodation and economy
class air ticket expenses for only 300 persons from
the representatives of the civil society. The International
Federation of Civil Society Organizations and Qatar Human
Rights Committee will designate those persons. Accommodation
will be in :

3 - Marriott Hotel (for members of media)
4 - Merweb Hotel (for translators & secretariats)
