Foreign Minister of Mongolia and the H.E First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, (Chairman ICNRD-6). · Address by H.E. President of the UN General Assembly. · Address by H.E. the UN Secretary General Representative to ICNRD-6 · Address by H.E. the Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU). · Address by H.E. the Chairman of the International Civil Society Forum for Democracy (ICSFD). * The Ceremony will be Moderated by Dr. Elham Badr
20:00 Lagoon Area *(Sheraton)*	Reception to be hosted by Qatari companies and Banks sponsoring the activities of the Organizing Committee held in honor of the participants of the ICNRD-6, at Doha Sheraton Hotel Garden (attendance upon request).

N.B: Opening Ceremony is open to the representatives of Governments, Parliaments and Civil Society who attend the 6th International Conference of New or Restored Democracies.
